Game of Hide and Seek : Courage to Think Differently! My son was playing hide and seek with his friends. When it was his turn to become the Denner (Seeker), he had to count upto 50 and give others time to hide. Instead of counting 1,2,3,4 upto 50, he just counted 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and said “ Ready or not here I come”. His friends were surprised and it was followed by a commotion😀. Finally, it was decided that counting in 10s is not allowed. So the game restarted. Now my son started to count 5, 10, 15, 20… There was a bigger commotion now 😀 😀 . By then I got a phone call and became busy. When I came back after a few minutes, it was now another kid's turn to become a Denner. She was counting loudly 2, 4, 6, 8 ...😇 Update : Its been a week now and the kids have stopped counting 1,2,3…..they either count even numbers or odd numbers. A fun way to learn math isn’t it?
