This weekend, make time to play, talk, and listen to your children. My mother-in-law used to sing a folk song when my daughter was little. The song's lyrics said that the household work can wait but playing with my children can't wait. Absolute truth isn't it?

Free play is not a luxury. Play is a necessity for both children and adults! Playtime releases happy hormones, which will not only make us happy but relaxes too!

It would be great if we can play with our children throughout the week, but then we get caught up with so many things. So it's important to make time at least during weekends.

Pick something that is fun to play. it could be playing an indoor game or an outdoor game.
